This sterilization and decontamination robot is developed based on a robot that has accumulated sufficient achievements as an industrial cleanroom robot, allowing it to be directly used in sterilization and decontamination processes with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and peracetic acid required in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
